Workshop Title: Phonemic Awareness and Phonics Through Music
Workshop Description and Outcomes:
Teachers will leave this interactive session with ready to use musical activities to reinforce literacy learning. Come dressed in comfortable clothes, ready to move!
To connect teacher professional knowledge of structured literacy to music activities that reinforce phonological awareness and beginning phonics skills.
To walk away from the session with activities that can be used right away as part daily classroom routines and transitions.
To spark teacher confidence, joy, and excitement alongside their young learners. AKA have some fun!
