Joint Ticket (Both Concerts): $15 (Covers admission to both concerts; however, due to high volume and limited seating, we encourage families who only wish to watch one performance to select the single-concert option so every student's family can attend.)

⚠️ Mandatory Registration: Every attendee must hold a registered ticket—including children 12 & under—so we do not exceed room capacity. (Infants/toddlers sitting on a parent's lap do not require a ticket).

Buy Online in Advance: We strongly encourage purchasing your tickets online before the event. Your QR code will be scanned at the door for fast entry.
Limited Seats: This event is expected to reach maximum capacity. A very limited number of tickets will be available at the door on a first-come, first-served basis (accepted payment methods: cash, credit, or e-transfer). Please secure your tickets online beforehand to guarantee your seat!
Audition Requirements
The Senior Honour Groups are open to Saskatchewan students who will be entering Grades 9*–12 in September 2026. These programs provide an enhanced musical experience for students who demonstrate proficiency at or above the high school level in their discipline.
*Grade 9 band students are eligible to participate in either the Junior Band and the Senior Honour Band programs. The Junior Band is selected through teacher recommendation for students in grade 8 and 9 as of September 2026 with a focus on creating a balanced ensemble. In contrast, the Senior Honour Band is selected exclusively through a blind audition process. Grade 9 students may choose to audition for the Senior Honour Band and may be accepted based solely on their audition results.
Application Timeline and Selection
The application window is open from March 15 to April 17, 2026. Please note that the selection process differs depending on the ensemble:

Senior Honour Band: Participants are selected through a blind audition. To ensure total impartiality, auditions are conducted anonymously. Any recording that includes "identity-indicating" speech—such as the student’s name, school, or city—will not be considered.

Senior Honour Choir: Participants are accepted based on recommendations.
In all cases, final placement within an Honour Group is at the sole discretion of the auditioning adjudicators. All applicants will be notified regarding the status of their application or recommendation approximately one month after the April 15 deadline.

Rehearsal & Schedule
Friday Rehearsal will take place at the University of Saskatchewan in the Education Building 28 Campus Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7N 5A6
The Senior Honour Band will rehearse in the Quance Theatre 1003 and the Senior Honour Choir will be in the Education Student Lounge 1005.

To secure your spot, you must complete your online registration and payment by June 30, 2026.
Important: Late registrations or missing payments will result in the forfeiture of your spot.

Fees cover all sheet music and venue costs, standard adjudication, and instruction from our acclaimed guest conductors.

Refund Policy
Please review our refund conditions carefully prior to registering:

Withdrawal on or before August 1, 2026: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

Withdrawal after August 1, 2026 (90 days or less before the event): No refund will be issued.
Exceptions for late refunds are strictly limited to:

Death or compassionate family emergency.

Severe medical illness (requires a official physician’s note).
Note: Scheduling conflicts with other events do not qualify for a refund.

Music Distribution: Planned for early September 2026.

Concert Recordings: The November concert recording will be available on Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify, and all major streaming platforms the following spring (available for streaming for 1 year).
