Annual General Meeting

The AGM will start at 1:00 p.m. and will include regular business, board elections and proposed bylaw amendments.In preparation for the Annual General Meeting, this package includes (LINKED): 

1. AGM Meeting Agenda; 

2. Minutes from the November 4, 2022, Annual General Meeting 

3. SMEA Audited Financial Statements; and 

4. Proposed Bylaw Amendments.

We encourage you to review the SMEA Strategic Plan for 2022-2025. One of the goals was to update the SMEA bylaws to provide plain language, making the bylaws easier to understand and to establish good governance policies for our members.

All members are welcome to attend and participate in the Annual General Meeting, however only voting members are eligible to vote. Advanced registration is not required to participate in the AGM.

SMEA memberships renew annually on September 1. If you have not yet renewed your SMEA membership, renew online today! If you aren’t sure if you’ve renewed or have any questions about membership, please contact Jennifer at smea@sasktel.net.
